During our last team meeting, we had a surprise visit from Mr. Shea Hammond, a research biologist at the Engineer Research Development Center. Mr. Hammond currently leads a robotics lab specializing in unmanned systems and remote sensing. His lab also currently employs two former Trial & Error Robotics team members. While he was visiting, he spoke with our senior team members about possible STEM scholarship opportunities. It was an excellent opportunity for our team to see the value and potential future possibilities that could come from the knowledge and skills they’ve learned from their time on the team.
