Many fun and exciting things have been happening at Trial and Error Robotics. The team has been busy gearing up for the State Championship just around the corner. We also recently got a surprise interview with Ms. Sally Green from the Vicksburg Post, and we even made the front page!

Our senior team members, Shayne and Shan, gave Ms. Green a tour around our base of operations. Near the end of the tour, each team member talked with Ms. Green about their roles and briefly demonstrated their skills. We also spoke to Ms. Green about the importance of FIRST and the FIRST Tech Challenge and how the program helps us learn about science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. She was very impressed by our mascot, “General Mayhem,” and inspired by our team’s efforts to work through challenges as we work towards our goals and achievements.

It was a fun and exciting experience for everyone. We even got to get in a little extra presentation practice for State. Thank you to Ms. Sally Green and the Vicksburg Post for the opportunity to show off our program. We look forward to seeing everyone cheering us on at State, March 8-9 at the University of Mississippi in Oxford. Hope to see you all there!
