Trial & Error Robotics recently held a Leadership 101 class led by mentor Mr. Aaron Cody, who shared insights from his years in manufacturing and leadership. Team members explored the importance of knowing your “Why,” the qualities of good vs. bad leaders, and how leadership extends beyond robotics into everyday life. The session left the team inspired to grow as leaders, friends, and teammates.

Whether you’re a budding inventor, a curious tinkerer, or simply fascinated by making things look awesome before they exist, this is your chance to sharpen your skills in the art of digital design!
