On 3/15/19 we opened the doors to our shop for the ERDC (Engineering Research and Development Center) Alumni Association. The ERDC Alumni Association is comprised of people who have a passion for STEM and have formerly worked at ERDC. We opened our shop to them so that they could experience what have accomplished in furthering STEM education for our community.

Our team’s head coach, Cody Goss, and our former team captain and new mentor, Brandon McGrew, gave a speech on our team, FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology ), FTC (First Tech Challenge), and the other programs FIRST programs in our community. We also had the pleasure on giving a demonstration of our robot’s functions. Once all of this was finished, we concluded with a tour of our shop.

We would like to thank the ERDC Alumni Association for coming out to visit our shop, and giving us a opportunity to show off our program. We hope that you will come to see us again in the future.
