The GEMS (Gains in the Education of Mathematics and Science) summer program is accepting applications from students who are going into 7th, 8th, 9th or 10th grade in 2023. The camp is a one week, free of charge program through the US Army Educational Outreach Program for students to learn more about U.S. Army engineering and the world of STEM. Programs are available at Vicksburg’s Academy of Innovation, River City Early College, and our very own Engineer Research Development Center. GEMS exposes participants to the array of opportunities in STEM through hands on activities and instruction, any of our own team members are Alumni of this program.
