Trial & Error Robotics recently held a Leadership 101 class led by mentor Mr. Aaron Cody, who shared insights from his years in manufacturing and leadership. Team members explored the importance of knowing your “Why,” the qualities of good vs. bad leaders, and how leadership extends beyond robotics into everyday life. The session left the team inspired to grow as leaders, friends, and teammates.
