Hello everyone! It is your favorite General here with another exciting report on the adventures of Trial & Error Robotics. Today, we’re talking about one of our latest missions into the community to help our fellow neighbors—so let’s get to it!
Our intrepid robotics team recently assisted with Murals in Action, a living history project that uses storytelling, music, and performance to help raise funds for Lifting Lives Ministries. This incredible organization serves many families in and around Vicksburg, helping connect people with the support and resources they need. Murals in Action is just one of the many ways they help fund those important efforts.
This year’s event featured several stories highlighting the rich history of Vicksburg, including the legendary Gold in the Hills, the longest-running play in the country, along with the music and industries that helped shape our city’s past.
As for us, we were honored to participate in the final act of the tour, portraying the Sisters of Mercy and sharing the important role they played in Vicksburg’s history. Team members took on the roles of soldiers from both sides of the war, setting aside their differences so the wounded could receive healing and care. While this adventure was certainly outside the usual world of gears, coding, and robotics, we were thrilled to play a small part in bringing history to life.
Thank you to everyone who came out to support the event, our team, and all that we do. And thank you for reading this report from the field!
